Head Wrestling Coach for the University for Missouri-Columbia

Brian is an author and motivational speaker on leadership development along with being a head coach at MU.  He will kick off the conference by addressing the "Eight Steps to Create a Winning Culture."


Brynn Szukala

Advisory Services Manager for Sustainability and Environmental Solutions, Waste Management

Brynn will speak about Waste Management (WM) and their sustainability culture with emphasis on the WM Phoenix Open. She has shown a passion for sustainability throughout her college and professional years.  Brynn holds a M.S. in Science, Environmental Studies and Sustainability Science from Lund University. She is currently involved in the WM Phoenix Open.

Missouri Waste Control Coalition (MWCC) is a 400-member not-for-profit organization which is concerned with environmental issues.  The statewide organization is a coalition of citizens, businesses, consultants, regulators, and others concerned with the management and disposal of generated wastes and other environmental issues. 

Annually, the MWCC sponsors the MWCC Environmental Conference, a conference that has run continuously since 1972, making it one of the oldest environmental conferences in the nation. 

The MWCC offers periodic training throughout the state, and offers various other educational programs. It also provides college scholarships and recognizes outstanding achievement through its annual award program.
